Our Team

Rachel was born and raised in the DFW metroplex where she graduated high school from First Baptist Academy in Dallas. She then studied psychology at Hardin Simmons University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science. Rachel has been a professional in the field of early childhood education for 17+ years and holds a Director’s certification in the State of Texas. She has previously taught kindergarten, served as an assistant director, director, and regional director overseeing the quality and daily operations of multiple campuses.

Rachel, her husband, and their beautiful twin girls currently reside in Allen. They love being a family and enjoy the opportunity to build lasting memories with their kiddos! From enjoying the wonderful parks in Allen to experiencing all the area has to offer, Rachel and her family are excited about the opportunity to have a relational impact with families of the community!

Ms. Michele has been with the school since 2014. She was voted “Teacher of the Year for 2018!” She absolutely adores looking after babies. Michele has the calming, nurturing personality that is so important in this classroom. Michele has been in childcare for 17 years. Michele is married and has two adult children and several little nieces and nephews that she loves watching! She was born and raised in Louisiana and moved to Texas where she has been for the last 18 years.
